If you are starting from the Tuzla City Center, head east towards Trg Slobode. From the square, walk northeast along Ulica Maršala Tita until you reach the intersection with Ulica Kralja Tvrtka. Turn right onto Ulica Kralja Tvrtka and continue walking straight. After about 1 kilometer, keep an eye out for a left turn onto GMRF+5XG. Trobegov Park will be on your left along the way, just follow the signs for the park as you approach.
