If you are traveling by car from West Herzegovina Canton, start by heading south towards the border with Croatia. Use the main road (M6) leading to the border crossing at Bijača. After crossing into Croatia, continue on the D60 road towards Grude. From Grude, take the D62 road towards the town of Imotski. From Imotski, follow the signs to Podgora (D512). Once in Podgora, look for Biokovska cesta. The Biokovo - Topnički put is located along this road. Please note that you may need to pay a toll on Croatian highways, depending on your route.
