If you are in the center of Makarska, start at the main square (Trg fra Andrije Kačića Miošića). Head towards the east along the main road (Obala kralja Tomislava) towards the beach promenade. Walk along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Ulica Put Velikog Brda. Turn left onto this street and continue walking uphill. After about 10 minutes, you will see the Franciscan Monastery on your right. The monastery is situated just off the main road and is marked with signs.
