Driving
Evolve Back, Kalahari is best accessed by a 4x4 vehicle due to the challenging road conditions. From Maun, drive south on the A3 road towards Ghanzi. Depending on the specific route and conditions, the journey can take approximately 4-7 hours. Alternatively, from Ghanzi, follow the A3 road towards Maun. At Kuke Corner, turn onto the old main gravel road, drive for approximately 4km, and then turn towards the cut line fence. Follow the sand road adjacent to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve for 120km to reach the lodge. Note that fuel stations are limited, so ensure your vehicle is adequately fueled. There are no tolls on this route. Parking is available at the lodge.
