The canvas walls are insulated to maintain comfortable inside temperatures, and the tents are raised to catch the breeze. The main area includes a welcoming lounge, a comfortable dining area, a bar, and a swimming pool with a deck for relaxing during the hottest hours of the day. Solar power provides all the electricity and hot water in the camp. Activities at Kalahari Plains Camp include twice-daily game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, offering opportunities to see a variety of wildlife.
