Light Aircraft
The most common and convenient way to reach Qorokwe Camp is by a short light aircraft flight from Maun Airport (MUB) to Qorokwe Airstrip. The flight takes approximately 15 minutes and offers stunning aerial views of the Okavango Delta. The camp is a short game drive from the airstrip. Flights can be arranged through Wilderness Destinations or other reputable safari operators. Prices vary depending on the operator and time of year.
Self-Drive
It is possible to drive to Qorokwe Camp from Maun, but a 4x4 vehicle is essential due to the unpaved roads. The journey takes approximately 4 hours. From Maun, take the A3 road towards Shorobe. Continue until you reach the sign for the Okavango Delta. Follow the signs to Qorokwe Camp. Ensure you have a reliable map or GPS device. Fuel stations are limited, so ensure your vehicle has enough fuel. There are no unavoidable tolls. However, park entry fees apply to the Moremi Game Reserve, which you may need to transit.
