From anywhere in Maun, take a local taxi to 'Lekawen Drift'. Most drivers are familiar with the area. Upon arrival at Lekawen Drift, a short 500-meter walk will lead you to Afro-Trek, located on the left. Confirm the fare before starting your journey. A typical taxi fare from central Maun to Lekawen Drift ranges from 50 to 70 BWP.
Walking
For those who enjoy a longer walk, start from Maun Mall and head north towards Airport Road. Continue straight for approximately 7 kilometers until you reach Lekawen Drift. Turn right and walk about 2 kilometers. Afro-Trek will be on your left. Note that this is a lengthy walk, best undertaken during cooler parts of the day.
