Get off at the 'Praça do Buriti' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the main square where the Palácio do Buriti is located. The building is directly facing the square.
Metro

Take the Metro from any station to the 'Centrão' station. From there, exit the station and walk towards the main road. You can catch Bus 110 or 116 heading to 'Praça do Buriti'. It will take about 10 minutes to reach the stop. After getting off, walk towards the square to find Palácio do Buriti.
Walking

If you are staying near the Esplanada dos Ministérios, you can walk to Palácio do Buriti. Head towards the 'Praça dos Três Poderes' and then follow the road leading to the 'Zona Cívico-Administrativa'. The walk is about 20 minutes and will take you through some beautiful areas of Brasília.
