Parque Flamboyant: Goiânia's Urban Oasis

Parque Flamboyant, located in the heart of Goiânia, is a sprawling urban park that provides a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. This expansive green space is celebrated for its meticulously maintained landscapes, showcasing a diverse array of native plants and trees, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Lourival Louza, who the park is named after, donated the land for its construction. Although created in 1950, along with the approval of the allotment of the glebe, it was only implemented more than half a century later, consolidating the new vocation of the surrounding neighborhoods, for high-standard developments. The park has become an essential space for the physical and mental well-being of Goiânia's residents.
