    Car

    From Alto Paraíso de Goiás, head southeast on GO-118 for approximately 18 km. Look for signs indicating 'Cachoeira do Macacão' and turn left onto a dirt road. Continue for about 5 km until you reach the entrance. Note that a 4x4 vehicle is required due to the challenging road conditions. A local guide is also mandatory. There is an entrance fee of R$40-50 per person.

    Public Transport

    Take a bus from Brasília or Goiânia to Alto Paraíso de Goiás. Upon arrival, hire a local taxi or find a tour operator that offers shuttle services to Cachoeira do Macacão. Confirm costs beforehand, as taxi fares can vary, but expect to pay around R$ 50 to R$ 80 for a round trip.
