Dom Jaime Câmara until you reach R. Conselheiro Mafra. Turn right and walk straight for about 5 minutes. Customs Square will be on your left, at R. Conselheiro Mafra.

If you are further away from the Centro area, you can take a bus to the Centro bus terminal (Terminal Rodoviário Rita Maria). From there, exit the terminal and head north on R. Dom Jaime Câmara, then turn right onto R. Conselheiro Mafra. Customs Square will be approximately a 15-minute walk from the terminal. The single fare for public transport is approximately R$4.25.
