To reach Beach of Arrows, you must first travel to Ilha Grande. Start by driving to Angra dos Reis, which is approximately a 2-3 hour drive from Rio de Janeiro, depending on traffic. Once in Angra dos Reis, head to the main ferry terminal located at Rua do Comércio, 12. Purchase a ticket for a ferry to Vila do Abraão, the main town on Ilha Grande. The ferry ride takes about 1 hour and costs around R$ 40-60. There are several ferry companies, so check the schedule in advance.

Hiking from Vila do Abraão to Beach of Arrows
Once you arrive in Vila do Abraão, you will need to hike to Beach of Arrows (Praia das Flechas). From the ferry terminal, walk towards the main street and follow the signs for the trail to Praia de Palmas. The hike is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours long. The trail is well-marked but can be steep in certain areas, so wear comfortable hiking shoes and carry water. After reaching Praia de Palmas, continue along the coastline, following the signs until you reach Beach of Arrows.
