Walking
From Praça da Matriz in the center of Itacaré, head southwest on Rua João do Patrocínio. Continue straight; the walk to the lighthouse is approximately 3km and takes around 45 minutes. Enjoy the scenic route through the town and surrounding vegetation.
Public Transportation
From the main bus terminal in Itacaré, take a local bus or shared taxi (lotação) towards BA-001. Confirm with the driver that they will stop near Farol de Itacaré. The fare is approximately R$5. From the drop-off point, walk about 1 km to the lighthouse, following the road signs.
Driving
From the center of Itacaré, head southwest on Rua João do Patrocínio towards Rua da Feira. Continue straight for about 1 km until the intersection with BA-001. Turn left onto BA-001 and follow the road for approximately 10 km. Look for signs indicating 'Farol de Itacaré' and follow the road to a parking area near the lighthouse. Parking fee is around R$10.
