Public Transport
From Belo Horizonte, take a bus to Rio Acima. Several bus lines serve this route; check local listings for the most up-to-date schedules and prices. From the Rio Acima bus station, take a taxi or ride-share service to Indian Waterfall, approximately 10 km away. Expect to pay around R$30 for the taxi ride. Bus fare from Belo Horizonte to Rio Acima is approximately R$15.
Walking
For a more adventurous approach, hike from Rio Acima to Indian Waterfall. Follow the signs from the bus station towards the waterfall, a scenic 2.5 km walk. Be prepared for some steep sections; wear comfortable shoes and bring water. There is no cost associated with walking to the waterfall.
Driving
Drive from Belo Horizonte to Rio Acima. Once in Rio Acima, follow the signs to Indian Waterfall. A parking area is available near the entrance. Parking fee is approximately R$10. Note that parking may be limited during peak season.
