Ferry and Bus
From Praça XV in downtown Rio, take a ferry to Niterói (approx. 20 minutes). Upon arrival at the Niterói ferry terminal, take a bus marked 'Jurujuba'. Get off at the stop nearest to 'Estr. Gen. Eurico Gaspar Dutra' and walk a short distance to the beach. Ferry fare is approximately R$7.70. Bus fare is around R$4.05.
Metro and Bus
From Copacabana, take Metro Line 1 towards 'General Osório' and get off at 'Cinelândia' station. Transfer to bus number 33 or 34 towards 'Niterói'. Get off near 'Jurujuba' and walk along Estr. Gen. Eurico Gaspar Dutra to Adam Beach (10-15 minutes). Metro fare is approximately R$6.90, and bus fare is around R$4.05.
Car
From Rio de Janeiro, cross the Rio-Niterói Bridge (toll: R$6.70 during the week, R$8.20 on weekends/holidays). Follow Estr. Gen. Eurico Gaspar Dutra to Jurujuba. Limited parking is available near the beach.
