Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in central Leblon, you can easily walk to your destination. Start by heading south on Avenida Ataulfo de Paiva towards the beach. When you reach the beach, turn right and walk along the promenade (Calçadão) for about 10 minutes until you reach the end of Leblon beach. Keep walking until you reach R. Alm. Pereira Guimarães, where your destination is located at number 74.

• Bus

  If you're further away from the beach, you can take a local bus. Look for the 'BRS' (Bus Rapid Service) stops along Avenida Ataulfo de Paiva. Buses like lines 583 and 584 frequently pass by. Board the bus and pay the fare, which is approximately R$4.50. Ask the driver to notify you when you reach R. Alm. Pereira Guimarães. The stop is just a short walk from your destination.

• Metro

  Although there’s no metro station in Leblon itself, you can take a short walk to the nearest metro station, which is Jardim de Alá. From there, take Line 7 (the orange line) towards the direction of General Osório. Get off at the next station, which is General Osório. From the station, walk back towards Leblon, which is about a 15-minute walk towards R. Alm. Pereira Guimarães, 74. The fare for the metro is around R$4.60.

• Taxi or Ride-sharing

  If you prefer a more direct route and are carrying luggage, consider using a taxi or ride-sharing service like Uber. Simply request a ride to R. Alm. Pereira Guimarães, 74, Leblon, and the fare will depend on your pickup location but expect it to be around R$15 to R$30. Note that traffic can vary, so check the app for estimated travel times.
