From Serra da Bocaina National Park, head towards the BR-101 highway. If you're starting from the park's visitor center, take the road leading out of the park and merge onto BR-101. Continue on BR-101 until you reach the town of Paraty. Once you enter Paraty, follow the signs to the historic center. Turn onto Rua da Lapa, and then take a left onto Largo do Rozário. The Igreja de Nossa Senhora do Rosário e São Benedito will be on your right at Largo do Rozário, s/n.
