From Serra da Bocaina National Park, head towards the BR-101 highway. If you're starting from the park's visitor center, take the road leading out of the park and merge onto BR-101. Continue on BR-101 until you reach the town of Paraty. Once you enter Paraty, follow the signs to the historic center. Turn onto Rua da Lapa, and then take a left onto Largo do Rozário. The Igreja de Nossa Senhora do Rosário e São Benedito will be on your right at Largo do Rozário, s/n.

If you're using public transportation, you can take a bus from the nearby town of Cunha or other surrounding areas to Paraty. Look for buses heading towards Paraty from the main bus terminal. Once you arrive at the Paraty bus station, exit and walk towards the historic center. It’s about a 15-minute walk. Head northeast on Rua Dr. Samuel Costa, then turn left onto Rua da Lapa, and finally turn left onto Largo do Rozário. The igreja will be located on your right.
