From Vila do Abraão, the main village on Ilha Grande, begin your hike towards Cachoeira da Feiticeira. Follow the main path leading out of town, heading towards the aqueduct ruins. The trail to the waterfall is approximately 2.5 km and takes about 1 hour. The path is well-marked (T1/T2), but can be steep and uneven in places. There are no costs associated with this final approach.

Alternatively, during high season, take a boat from Vila do Abraão to Praia da Feiticeira. From the beach, it is a 30-minute walk to the Cachoeira da Feiticeira.
