If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Paraty. Head southeast on Rua do Comércio toward Estrada Paraty-Cunha. Continue on this road for about 14 km until you reach Rodovia Rio-Santos (BR-101). Turn left onto BR-101 and drive for approximately 4 km. You will see a sign for Pit of the Englishman Waterfall. Follow the signs leading to the parking area, which is only a short walk from the waterfall.

To reach Pit of the Englishman Waterfall via public transportation, take a local bus from Paraty to Trindade. Buses are available from the Paraty bus terminal and typically leave every hour. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once in Trindade, you can take a taxi or rideshare to the waterfall entrance, which is approximately 10 km away. Taxi fares may vary, but expect to pay around BRL 30-50. Upon arrival, there is a short walk to the waterfall.
