From São Roque de Minas, head towards Vargem Bonita on a partially unpaved road. The waterfall is approximately 10-13 km from São Roque de Minas. Follow the signs for Cachoeira da Chinela. The road can be uneven, but a 4x4 vehicle is not essential under normal weather conditions. After arriving at Fazenda Canastra, a parking area is available. From the parking, a short 400m trail leads to the waterfall. Expect to pay an entry fee of R$25 per person at the entrance.
