Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from major cities in Zona da Mata, start by taking BR-040 heading north towards Brasília. Follow BR-040 for approximately 90 kilometers until you reach the exit for DF-085. Take the exit and follow DF-085 for about 30 kilometers. You will arrive at Brazlândia, where you can find signs directing you to Imperial Plateau. The total drive time should be around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Imperial Plateau via public transportation, start by taking a bus from your location in Zona da Mata to Brasília. The main bus terminal in Brasília is the Terminal Rodoviário do Plano Piloto. From there, take a local bus heading to Brazlândia. Buses to Brazlândia run frequently, but it's recommended to check the schedule in advance. Once you arrive in Brazlândia, you can use a taxi or rideshare service to reach Imperial Plateau, which is approximately 10 kilometers from the bus stop. Ensure to carry some cash for the taxi fare, which may range from R$20 to R$30.

  If you prefer a more direct route after arriving in Brasília or Brazlândia, you can use a taxi or rideshare service (such as Uber) to reach Imperial Plateau. This option is convenient and will take you directly to the entrance of the plateau. The fare from the center of Brasília to Imperial Plateau will vary but expect to pay around R$50 to R$70, depending on traffic.
