Originally opened as a tea shop in 1998, it quickly became a beloved spot for lunch and afternoon tea, offering fresh salads, sandwiches, soups, and homemade juices. After closing in 2002, it re-emerged in 2018 as Lady Sarah's Farms, retaining its focus on fresh, quality ingredients and expanding its menu to include a wider range of Caribbean-inspired dishes. The menu changes daily, featuring a variety of small snacks, sandwiches, soups, salads, and larger entrées. Popular choices include the Farmhouse Breakfast Bowl, codfish fritters, and various chicken, vegan, and vegetarian dishes. The bistro is also known for its refreshing non-alcoholic beverages, such as watermelon lemonade and lemongrass iced tea. Lady Sarah's Farms is located in a two-story yellow building next to DeCastro Marking, near the corner of Russell Hill Road, on the way to the hospital.
