Getting there

Boat

The most common way to reach Foxy's Taboo is by boat. You can hire a private water taxi from Tortola or St. Thomas. Water taxi fares from St. Thomas to Jost Van Dyke range from $550-$650 for up to 5 passengers. Alternatively, take a ferry from West End, Tortola, to Great Harbour, Jost Van Dyke. New Horizon Ferry offers daily service for around $30 one way or $40 round trip. From Great Harbour, you can then take a taxi to Foxy's Taboo, or rent a dinghy to explore the shoreline.

Unlike the bustling scene at the original Foxy's Bar in Great Harbour, Foxy's Taboo provides a more intimate and tranquil experience.The journey to Foxy's Taboo is an adventure in itself. Diamond Cay is a designated marine park with vibrant coral reefs and abundant marine life, making it a popular spot for snorkeling and diving. The restaurant and bar feature a rustic, open-air structure with thatched roofs and wooden beams, blending seamlessly with the natural environment. The decor is casual and inviting, with wooden tables, colorful Caribbean artwork, and hammocks strung between palm trees.Foxy's Taboo is more than just a place to eat and drink; it's a destination that captures the essence of island living.
