Car
From any location in Norman Island, you will need to first drive to Tortola, the main island of the British Virgin Islands. To do this, take the ferry from Norman Island to Road Town, Tortola. Once in Road Town, rent a car or take a taxi. Head east on Waterfront Drive, then follow the signs to the East End. Continue on the main road until you reach the ferry terminal at Trellis Bay. From here, take a ferry to St. John in the US Virgin Islands. Upon arrival, follow the signs to Route 10 and then Route 20, which will lead you toward Hansen Bay Beach. The beach is located at Parcel 6ab Hansen Bay, St. John, US Virgin Islands.

If you prefer to use public transportation, begin by taking a ferry from Norman Island to Road Town, Tortola. From Road Town, look for a shared taxi or a bus that goes to the East End. Once you reach the East End, take a ferry from Trellis Bay to Cruz Bay, St. John. From Cruz Bay, you can catch a local taxi or a shuttle that will take you directly to Hansen Bay Beach. Make sure to confirm the taxi's route, as some may not go directly to the beach and may require additional transfers.
