Noel Lloyd Park, officially known as the Noel Lloyd Positive Action Movement Park, is a serene urban oasis located in Road Town, British Virgin Islands. This park is more than just a green space; it's a living monument to the territory's history and culture. The park commemorates the Positive Action Movement (PAM), which was formed in 1968 to oppose the Bates-Hill agreement that would have leased a significant portion of the BVI to a British company for 199 years. Visitors can stroll along well-maintained pathways, relax on the lush lawns, and admire the beautiful man-made ornaments that enhance the park's natural charm.
