From Road Town, start at Main Street and head towards the eastern side of the island, passing local shops and eateries. Continue walking in the direction of the Tortola Cruise Ship Pier. Once you reach the pier, look for signs directing you towards Fort Hill. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will reach an uphill path leading to George Fort Hill. The path can be steep, so take your time and enjoy the view as you ascend.
