    From the Road Town Ferry Terminal, head southwest on Waterfront Drive, enjoying the harbor views. Continue until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and walk until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the Tortola Pier Park road and continue straight until you reach the end of the road, where you'll find a small path leading towards the water and Treasure Point. There is a free Park and Ride Shuttle available from the Ralph T. O'Neal Administration Complex East Parking Lot to various stops in the city. Walking this route is free.

This service operates Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. The cost for the shuttle is minimal, offering an affordable way to reach the vicinity of Treasure Point.
