Walking
If you are starting from the Tortola Pier Park, walk straight towards the entrance of the park and turn left onto Main Street. Continue walking along Main Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Waterfront Drive. Turn right onto Waterfront Drive and follow it until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Road Town's main road. After about 0.3 miles, look for Botanical Garden Road on your left. Turn left onto Botanical Garden Road, and J.R. O'Neal Botanical Gardens will be on your right after a short walk.

If you're starting from the central square in Road Town, head west on Main Street towards the waterfront. Continue along Main Street until it curves into Waterfront Drive. Follow Waterfront Drive until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the main road, then walk straight for about 0.3 miles. Look for Botanical Garden Road on your left, turn left, and the gardens will be on your right shortly after.
