Car
If you are driving from the main entrance of Sage Mountain National Park, head southwest on the main park road. Continue until you reach the junction with the Ridge Road. Turn left onto Ridge Road and follow the signs for Road Town. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach a fork in the road; keep right to stay on Ridge Road. Continue for another 10 minutes until you reach a sign for Apple Bay. Turn right onto the road leading to the bay. Follow this road for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Apple Bay. Parking is available near the beach.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can catch a local bus from Sage Mountain National Park to Road Town. Buses depart regularly from the park entrance. Ask the driver to drop you off at the junction for Ridge Road. From there, you will need to wait for a taxi or a shared van heading towards Apple Bay. Be prepared to pay a small fee for the bus ride, typically around $2-5. Once you reach the junction, taxis are available, and the fare to Apple Bay should be around $10-15.
