Airport pick up and drop off birthday trip
Overall the service was not bad and Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing that I was disappointed about was not having a welcome sign with my name on it upon arrival. I was told I had to request that prior to. But it was not stated that way on their information pages. I would use them in the future, but please provide the welcome sign and offer a cold beverage. It would be greatly appreciated after a long connecting flight. Thank you. Sam has excellent customer service overall. But it is the little things that complete the package and earn 5 star ratings!
