Car
From The Baths National Park, head northwest on the main road (Road Town to Spanish Town) for approximately 5 miles. You will pass through the charming village of Virgin Gorda. Continue until you reach the junction just before you enter the town of Spanish Town. Take a left turn onto the main road that leads to Mount Sage National Park. Follow this road for another 2 miles, and you will see signs for Mount Sage National Park on your left. There are no entry fees for the park.

If you're using public transportation, you can catch a local taxi or a minibus from The Baths National Park to Spanish Town. Once in Spanish Town, look for a taxi that goes to Mount Sage National Park. The fare is typically around $5-10 per person. Inform the driver of your destination. The taxi will drop you off at the entrance of the park, which is well-signposted.

For the adventurous, you can hike from The Baths National Park to Mount Sage National Park, which is approximately 1.5 miles away. Start by walking back to the main road, and then head northwest. Follow the signs pointing towards Mount Sage National Park. The trail can be steep and rocky, so ensure you have proper footwear and plenty of water. This hike will take about 30-40 minutes.
