From the main entrance of Sage Mountain National Park, head southeast on the main road. Continue for about 2.5 miles until you reach the junction with the road leading to Road Town. Turn left at the junction and follow the road for approximately 4 miles. After passing through Road Town, continue toward Wickhams Cay II. Follow the signs for Sea Cow Bay, which will be on your right. Look for parking options along the bay.
