    From Road Town, the main hub of Tortola, taxis are readily available. The ride to Apple Bay takes approximately 30-40 minutes. A shared taxi for 3 or more people will cost around $12 per person. Be sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.

    Local buses, often marked with their destinations, service the route towards Apple Bay from West End. Ask at your hotel or a local shop for the nearest bus stop. From the bus stop closest to Apple Bay, follow the path towards the beach.

  • Ferry

    If arriving from St. Thomas, take a ferry to Road Town or West End (Soper's Hole). Smith's Ferries operates a ferry from Charlotte Amalie, St Thomas to Road Town, Tortola twice daily. Tickets cost $53 and the journey takes 45 min. From Road Town, take a taxi to Apple Bay. From Soper's Hole, Apple Bay is a short taxi ride away.
