Getting There

  • Driving/Taxi

    From Cruz Bay, take Route 20 (North Shore Road) east for approximately 2.5 miles. Look for a small sign indicating Jumbie Beach on the right side of the road. Parking is limited to a few roadside spots across from the beach entrance. A taxi from Cruz Bay will cost approximately $17 for one person or $14 per person for two or more. Be sure to arrange a return pickup, as taxis may not be readily available at the beach.

  • Public Transport/Safari Shuttle

    From the Cruz Bay ferry dock, board a safari shuttle heading towards the North Shore beaches. Ask the driver to stop at Jumbie Beach. The fare is typically a few dollars per person. From the road, cross carefully to the beach entrance and follow the short trail down to the beach. Note that safari shuttles may not run frequently, so plan accordingly.

  • Walking

    While walking from Cruz Bay is not recommended due to the distance and hilly terrain , if you are already visiting Trunk Bay, Jumbie Beach is a short walk west along the North Shore Road. Be cautious of traffic as you walk along the road. There is no fee to access Jumbie Beach.
