The main prayer hall boasts a gold-plated chandelier crafted from Austrian strass crystal glass, Italian marble, and Philippine hardwood. The exterior is equally captivating, with lush gardens, serene fountains, and a large pond surrounding the mosque. The 29 golden domes commemorate the 29th Bruneian Sultan, while the marble stairs, with 29 steps, honor the current Sultan. Five water fountains symbolize both the five daily prayers and the five pillars of Islam. The mosque is particularly stunning at sunset, when the golden domes glisten in the fading light.
