From the downtown area, take bus number 1 or 12 from the bus station located near the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex. The bus will make stops along Jalan Tutong. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Jalan Kiulap and Jalan Tutong. From there, walk a short distance down Jalan Kiulap, and you will arrive at Seri Qlap Mall. The bus ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes. The bus fare is BND 1.00.
