If you are starting from the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, walk east along Jalan Tutong for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Jalan Kumbang Pasang. Turn right onto Jalan Kumbang Pasang and continue walking for approximately 400 meters. The Church of Our Lady of Assumption will be on your left at No. 11, Jalan Kumbang Pasang.

From the Royal Regalia Museum, exit the building and head southeast on Jalan Sultan towards Jalan Tutong. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Jalan Tutong. Walk for another 600 meters and then turn right onto Jalan Kumbang Pasang. Continue straight for about 400 meters, and you will find the Church of Our Lady of Assumption on your left.
