Water Taxi
The most common way to reach the Kampong Ayer Cultural & Tourism Gallery is by water taxi from Bandar Seri Begawan. Head to the waterfront near the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah shopping mall. Water taxis are readily available and cost around BND1 per person for a one-way trip to Kampong Ayer. Negotiate the price before boarding. The ride is short, offering a great view of the water village.

Once you arrive in Kampong Ayer by water taxi, the gallery is located in Kampung Lorong Sikuna and is a short walk from the jetty. Follow the wooden walkways through the village to reach the gallery. The gallery is modeled after a traditional Malay house, making it easily identifiable.
