Walking
From the Brunei Waterfront, walk east along Jalan McArthur towards the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. The BIBD Frame is located on the lawn of Taman Makhota Jubli Emas park, just south of the mosque and across from the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. There are no costs associated with walking.

From the Bandar Seri Begawan bus terminal, exit and walk towards Jalan Masjid Omar 'Ali Saifuddien. The BIBD Frame is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal, located on the same road. Local bus fare is around BND 1.
