From the mosque, simply walk along Jalan McArthur towards the waterfront. The frame will be visible on your left, near the Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas park. Walking is free.

From the Bandar Seri Begawan Bus Terminal on Jalan Cator, you can take a local bus towards the city center. Alight near the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanai Bolkiah Shopping Complex and walk towards the waterfront. The BIBD Frame is a short walk from there. Bus fare is approximately BND 1.
