Getting There

Walking

From the Tutong Town Centre, head east on Jalan Tutong until you reach the junction with Jalan Kianggeh. Turn left onto Jalan Kianggeh and continue straight. You will pass by the Tutong District Office on your right. Keep walking for about 2 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Jalan Menteri Besar. Continue on this road for approximately 1 km, and you will see the entrance to Istana Nurul Iman on your left.
Public Transport (Bus)

From the Tutong Bus Terminal, take bus number 36 heading to Bandar Seri Begawan. The bus will take you directly to the capital. Once you arrive at the Bandar Seri Begawan Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and walk towards Jalan Menteri Besar. Head west on Jalan Menteri Besar for about 500 meters. You will see the grand Istana Nurul Iman on your right side.
Bicycle

If you have access to a bicycle, start from Tutong Town Centre and ride east on Jalan Tutong. After about 2 kilometers, turn left onto Jalan Kianggeh and continue straight. You'll pass the Tutong District Office on your right. Continue for another 2 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Jalan Menteri Besar and ride for about 1 km. The Istana Nurul Iman will be on your left. Make sure to follow all traffic rules while cycling.
