From the Tutong Town Center, head northwest on Jalan Tutong. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a junction. At the junction, turn left onto Jalan Kumbang Pasang. Follow this road for about 3 kilometers. Taman Jubli Perak will be on your right. Look for the large entrance with signs indicating the park.

If you are near the Tutong Market, exit the market and head northeast on Jalan Tutong for about 500 meters. Turn left onto Jalan Kumbang Pasang and continue for about 2 kilometers. The entrance to Taman Jubli Perak will be on your right side.

From the Tutong Sports Complex, head southeast on Jalan Sports Complex for about 1 kilometer. At the end of the road, turn left onto Jalan Kumbang Pasang. Walk straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers, and you will see Taman Jubli Perak on your left.
