From Balchik, get onto the E87 highway heading north towards Shabla. Follow the E87 for approximately 25 kilometers, taking in the scenic coastal views. After passing through the village of Tyulenovo, look for signs for Tyulenovo cliffs. Turn left onto the road leading towards the cliffs, which will be approximately 2 kilometers ahead. There is no cost for driving, but be mindful of fuel expenses.

From Balchik, head to the main bus station and catch a bus heading towards Shabla. Buses run several times a day, and the journey takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. The cost for a one-way ticket is approximately 3-5 BGN. Once you arrive in Shabla, you can take a taxi or walk approximately 5 kilometers to reach the Tyulenovo cliffs.
