Getting There
Car
If you are driving from central Borovets, head southwest on the main road towards Samokov. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see signs for Царска Бистрица on your right. Turn onto the access road and follow it for another 1 kilometer. There is a small parking area at the entrance, which is free of charge.
Public Transportation
From the center of Borovets, you can take a local bus that heads towards the nearby village of Govedartsi. Make sure to check the bus schedule at the local bus station, as it may change seasonally. Disembark at the Царска Бистрица stop, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of the park. The fare for the bus is typically around 2 leva.
Walking
If you are near the ski resort area, you can reach Царска Бистрица on foot. Start from the main square and head towards the ski lifts. Once you reach the ski lift area, take the path leading to the right, which will take you through the forest. The walk is about 30 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes. This route is free of charge.
