From the center of Chepelare, head northeast on 'Tsar Simeon' street towards 'Pirin' street. Continue straight onto 'Hristo Botev' street. Follow the signs towards the 'Ski Resort Pamporovo'. After about 5 km, turn left onto the road to 'Kostenski Waterfall'. The parking area is located near the entrance to the hiking trail that leads to the waterfall.
