If you are in the center of Pleven, start at the main square (Ploshtad 'Vazrazhdane'). From there, head east along ul. 'Tsar Ivan Asen II' until you reach ul. 'Solun'. Turn left onto ul. 'Solun', and continue walking straight for about 500 meters. You will see Градина „Девети квартал“ on your right. Look for the entrance with a sign for the park.

From the central bus station of Pleven, you can take bus number 1 or 4. Board the bus and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for ul. 'Solun'. Once you get off, walk back along ul. 'Solun' toward the center for about 200 meters until you see the entrance to Градина „Девети квартал“ on your left.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the central park area near the Pleven Regional Museum. Head east on ul. 'Tsar Ivan Asen II' and then turn left onto ul. 'Solun'. Bike down ul. 'Solun' for approximately 800 meters. The park will be on your right. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
