If you are in the center of Pleven, start at the main square, known as 'Pleven Center'. From there, head east on 'Ulitsa Tsar Boris III Obedinitel' for about 300 meters. You will pass by several shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'Ulitsa Sava Mutkurova'. Turn left onto 'Ulitsa Sava Mutkurova' and walk for another 200 meters. The entrance to City Garden will be on your right, marked by a large sign and beautiful greenery.

From the main bus station in Pleven, take bus number 1, which heads towards the city center. Get off at the 'Pleven Center' stop after approximately 10 minutes. Once you disembark, walk east along 'Ulitsa Tsar Boris III Obedinitel' for about 300 meters, and then turn left onto 'Ulitsa Sava Mutkurova'. The entrance to City Garden will be about 200 meters down this street on your right.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the 'Pleven Center'. Head east on 'Ulitsa Tsar Boris III Obedinitel', cycling for about 300 meters. Then, take a left onto 'Ulitsa Sava Mutkurova' and continue straight for another 200 meters. City Garden will be on your right, easily accessible with bike racks nearby.
