Start from the center of Pleven, specifically from pl. Vazrazhdane. Head south towards ul. Velcho Atanasov. Continue straight for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with ul. Tsar Boris III. Turn right onto ul. Tsar Boris III and walk for another 150 meters. You will see Паметник „Братска могила“ on your left side, situated in a small park area, visible from the street.

If you prefer to take public transport, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at pl. Vazrazhdane. Look for buses heading towards 'Pleven Center'. Take any bus that stops at 'Pleven Center'. Get off at the 'Pleven Center' stop, which is just a short walk from Паметник „Братска могила“. From the bus stop, walk south along ul. Velcho Atanasov for about 200 meters, then turn right onto ul. Tsar Boris III. Walk for another 150 meters, and the monument will be on your left.
