Head southwest along 'Tsar Alexander II' Street until you reach the intersection with 'Vasil Levski' Boulevard. Turn left onto 'Vasil Levski' Boulevard and continue for about 500 meters. You will see the entrance to Skobelev Park on your right. Enter the park and follow the path straight ahead until you reach Pleven Panorama.
