If you are starting from the center of Pleven, make your way to the main pedestrian street, Ulitsa 'Vasil Levski'. Walk north towards the intersection with Ulitsa 'General Vladimir Vazov'. Turn right onto Ulitsa 'General Vladimir Vazov'. Skobelev Park is located a short distance down this street on your left, at number 3. The park entrance is easily recognizable.

You can take bus number 2 or 4 from any central bus stop in Pleven. Board the bus heading towards 'Pleven Center'. After approximately 10 minutes, disembark at the stop named 'General Vladimir Vazov'. From there, walk back towards the direction of the bus route for about 100 meters, and you will find Skobelev Park on your left at number 3.
